As a senior pastor, it's easy to feel isolated, disconnected, and lonely - even when you work with a team. This makes ministry even harder.

When you have internal problems or conflicts (with staff, elders, or volunteers), it's often not wise to process with internal people.
Systems
A lack of good systems reduces effectiveness and leads to wasted time and effort. And it can easily set the stage for burnout.
